Coastal Inspired Bedroom Ideas with Walmart

Sharing some tips to create a beautiful Coastal Inspired Bedroom. Bring the outdoors in & create a beautiful beachy retreat in your own home!

My guest bedroom recently got a much needed mini coastal inspired makeover. This space has been neglected for the past moths as I have been focusing on finishing every other room in the house. But with friends coming to visit soon it was time to get this room in shape!

I found this duvet cover in a gorgeous shade of blue from Walmart, it was only $41! It brought the perfect amount of color to the bedroom. The soft blue color feels very fresh and shooting, it reminds me of the ocean.

You can pair it with a white duvet with ruffles like this one (amazing find by the way!) and a pair of Euro ruffle shams.

For above the bed I choose this abstract wall art with pops of gold. Adding a piece of art above the bed it’s a great way to elevate the look of your bedroom. This piece looks amazing but it was very affordable. You really don’t need to spend a lot to update a room.

The great thing about coastal décor is that is very simple to achieve. By just changing a couple of elements in the room I was able to completely change the look of the room.

Mix different shades of blue and white, add natural elements like corals or driftwood, and bring in coastal bedroom furniture with texture for a stunning and easy result.

Another finding was this Greek key pillows! They were only $22, can you believe it? I love them so much I’m considering spraying them with outdoor fabric protect to use it outdoors. I think they would be perfect in the patio.
