I recently shared my under sink organization on Instagram and people went crazy for it. Seriously, it was probably one of my most like picture this year!! What?!!! 🤣

So how to organize this tricky spot? To be honest, I struggled with it for a while. I have a sink disposal and not matter what basket I used under the sink it just was a mess and not the best use of space.

I had these make up drawers in my bathroom and thought I could use to store the dishwasher pods that was always a pain to get it out. I liked it so much I bought 2 more sets for under the sink.

Is it your typical under the sink organizer? Probably not. But to me it solved two problems: storing a bunch of items that before were hard to access & hiding that ugly sink disposal.

So here is what I store in my acrylic drawers:

  • Dishwasher pods
  • Sponges
  • Magic erasers
  • Dishwasher cleaning tabs
  • Swifer replacements
  • Disposable washcloths

The possibilities are endless here. You can store gloves, towels or anything that you usually shove it under the sink 😂. This way, it keeps everything organized and easy to access. Also, making use of the vertical space means more space for other things like cleaning products.

For the other side of the sink, I used two deep drawer bins to store all my cleaning products. These bins are great for hard to reach spots, they slide with easy so you can just pull what you want and slide right back.

On the cabinet door, I added an acrylic spice rack to hold sponges, brushes and garbage bags. I used command strips to attach it to the cabinet. Ugh

I really wanted to store the dish soap here, but the spice rack is just not wide enough. I’m on the hunt for a wider one, or maybe I need to change my soap dispenser.

That’s it!! This was pretty simple & easy to do it. Is nice to have a clean and organized space where before was a mess and constant chaos!

Yes! They have held up great so far. I would say the only door showing some wear & tear is the garbage one, but it’s the most used sΓ³ to be expected.
