How to Create a Simple Christmas Tablescape

The holidays are finally here!!!

Today, I’m super excited to partner up with Cost Plus World Market and The Hallmark Channel to show you how to create a simple and beautiful Christmas tablescape! This year, the Hallmark Channel will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary of their “Countdown to Christmas” special. To get you in on all the Christmas cheer, they will be airing a 22 all-new original holiday movie line-up between now & December 28th.

One of their new original holiday movies, “Cherished Memories: A Gift to Remember 2” will be airing November 24th 8pm/7c. I’m super excited to see this movie as it features a lot of the beautiful Christmas decor items available at Cost Plus World Market.

A year after Darcy ran over Aiden, his amnesia is gone but not their love. Now she’s gotten him a first edition signed copy of his favorite book, Patricia Highsmith’s Found in the Street, for Christmas, perfect since that’s where she found him – under her bicycle! Aiden’s also creating a wonderful gift for Darcy, a carved replica of her hometown, just like the one her dad carved for her mother. But Aiden’s gift, which includes a carving of Darcy’s beloved rec center, which is in jeopardy of closing, holds another big surprise, which might just sweep her off her feet.

Who’s with me? 

Holidays at our house, start with my husband playing our favorite Christmas songs, while we decorate our home with the girls. I like to set my dining table early in the season and leave it decorated through all the month. Setting a beautiful tablescape doesn’t need to be difficult or expensive. With just a few elements you can create a stunning centerpiece for all your parties.

Christmas Table Centerpieces

To create my Christmas tablescape, I used the live Olive and Eucalyptus garland from Cost Plus World Market. This garland is absolutely stunning and so full, it comes with real olives and everything.

Around the garland I added the Gold Mercury glass votive and Mercury hurricane candleholders. candle holders. Mercury candle holder are great for a table setting, they provide that extra glow to your table.

I also used these glass candleholders to provide some height to the table. The vintage inspired Champagne coups add a little bit of glam to the table. I paired them with these wine glasses from Cost Plus World Market.
