Today I’m sharing all the fun from Sophia’s sleepover birthday party! I still can’t believe she’s already 9 years old. This year, she asked for a pink-themed sleepover with her best friends—so I got to work creating a cozy, magical setup right at home.
To make this sleepover birthday party feel extra dreamy, I set up adorable teepee tents and added soft pink ceiling drapes and uplighting in our dining room. This is how it looked after it was done:
Honestly, this was super easy to do it and it turned out amazing! Much easier and less time consuming then balloons!
I used heavy-duty fishing wire and ceiling hooks to hang long drapes, dividing the ceiling into three sections for a whimsical effect. With four pink lights in each corner, the glow was so magical!
Renting the whole setup would’ve gone way over budget, so I ordered a complete teepee sleepover party set from Amazon. It came with tents, inflatable mattresses, bedding, and everything I needed—such a great value and easy to set up.
Each bed had its own tray and a goodie bag filled with fun sleepover essentials—a sleep mask, skincare items, and a headband—perfect for a little girls’ pampering night. Since Sophia loves skincare, the girls had a blast doing face masks, decorating mini cakes, and dancing the night away.
To decorate the teepees, I used plastic tablecloths from Walmart and made bows with it. The plastic covers are easy to work with it and you can get a package of three for a couple bucks!
The tray was from Amazon and the blankets and mask was from Five and Below.
This pink sleepover birthday party turned out even better than I imagined, and most importantly—the girls had the best time!
