It’s no surprise that I have been obsessed with pineapples for a while and my addiction is not going away anytime soon! I keep adding pineapples to my decor, either in the form of candles, prints or glasses. I just can’t get enough 😂🙈. Today I wanted to share some of my favorites pineapples accessories for the home. If you are obsessed with this fruit like me, you will love it! It’s also the perfect time to add some tropical vibes to your home as spring time is just around the corner.
Also, I always get a lot of question on the pineapple lamp that I have. It’s an old one from Zara Home that is discontinued. I found two similar ones and listed below.
Hope you enjoy the selection!
Happy Tuesday friends! I wanted to share this little project that I tackled this past weekend: a new gallery wall! I have been wanting to create a new gallery wall since Sophia took over my home office. This was a very simple and easy project to do. I purchased all the posters from Desenio.com. They have such a great collection of posters and prints at amazing prices! I also got the pineapple print that I posted on my Instagram from Desenio. Right now, they are offering a 25% discount code for my readers. Just use the code “ceres25” (valid from 28 Feb-2 Mar) at check out!
The main focus of the gallery wall is the Kate Moss poster that I’m obsessed with. I added four smaller frames around the Kate Moss with some of my favorite quotes and a picture of Sarah Jessica Parker from an old Bazaar magazine.
All the frames are from Ikea. I get a lot of questions about the gold dipped frames that I used here. These are basic frames from Ikea that I spray painted the corners gold. Super simple to do it and they look amazing. To attach the smaller frames I used command strips (I love command strips for small projects like this since they don’t damage the walls!) and for the larger one I regular nail since I was afraid that it would be to heavy for the strips.
Good morning loves! You may have seem on my Instagram my latest Ikea Hack, the Kallax storage unit. You know I love a good hack and creating this beautiful storage unit was super easy and it looks amazing!
Since Sophia started playing more and having so many toys, I was in desperate need of storage. I had some baskets where I would put her toys away every night, however, it was still in sight. I bought the Kallax Unit a while ago and used just the top part as my entry way table. The rest of the unit was in the garage and my husband wanted to throw away. Since was still in really good shape I decided to give it a try and put the whole unit together. However, I didn’t have the doors, so I took a trip to ikea and bought 8 doors for the unit. I really like the look of the unit with the doors and I really love that I was able to hide all the toys away!!
Lastly, I really wanted to add a little more glam to the unit and make it look less Ikea-ish. I added these gold ring knobs that I had from a previous project, they fit perfectly and added that gold touch that I love. I have always wanted to use overlays that I have seen it everywhere on Pinterest. I choose these Greek keys design and just used glue dots to add to the doors (if you are doing the overlays, make sure that you add it before installing the doors, I had to remove the doors to add the overlays). It was super easy and it definitely gives the unit a more expensive look! What do you think?

A beautiful tufted headboard can totally change the look of your bedroom and really make it more glam. Welcome to my pink Christmas wonderland! I’m so excited to share with you guys my Holiday Home Tour. I know it’s a little late, but I hope it’s just in time to give you some inspiration in preparing your home for the holiday season.
Christmas is by far my favorite holiday (especially for the decorations)! I love the lights, the ornaments and the sparkly dresses. I would say I’m like Dori from Finding Nemo, I’m attracted to everything that shines!! Lol! There is nothing like the glow of a Christmas tree, I wish I could have it up all year.
Last year I was expecting my first baby. Since it was a girl, I decided to go all pink with the Christmas decor (as you can tell I love pink, duh!! hence the name of this blog!). This year I continued with the blush theme but added fluffy elements and tasty ornaments. I’m kind of obsessed with these macaroons, donuts and pineapple ornaments! Can you blame me?
I think the holidays have a whole new meaning after you have a little one. It’s all about them now. I still remember the first time Sophia saw the Christmas tree. She had just woken up from a nap, we brought her to the living room, she saw the tree, and her instant reaction was “uuooooo!” lol! She was definitely in awe! This year I really wanted to make it magical for her, but I also had to keep in mind that I have a very active nine month old. As you may notice from last year’s shots, the ornaments at the bottom of the tree are missing and all the gifts were there just for the photo shoot. This baby will destroy any paper that she sees, so watching her open her gifts this year is one more reason why I can’t wait for Christmas!
Hope you enjoy the tour and cheers to a great holiday season!
